At Little One’s, we want you and your little ones to completely love your new outfits! We understand that sometimes sizes need tweaking or things just don’t look quite right. That is why we have kept our return and exchange process simple, straightforward, and stress-free.
Exchange and Return Window
We have a NO REFUND policy! We only have an exchange policy.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery (or purchase) to request an exchange.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
1. Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
2. All original tags, price tags, and packaging must still be attached.
3. Accompanied by the original receipt, order confirmation number, or online invoice.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Online Orders: Send us a message on WhatsApp at 0321-5037893 or Email us at weluvlittleones@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange. In-Store: You can also conveniently walk into our store located in PWD Islamabad, to process your exchange immediately.
Shipping Delivery Charges for Online Orders
If the exchange is due to a defect on our end (wrong size sent, damaged item etc.) We will bear the delivery charges. If you are exchanging an item for different size or preference, delivery charges for the pickup and redelivery will be borne by the Customer.
